If you're new to SendCopy.ai, you'll see the terms LinkedIn Account and Sender used throughout the platform. They are closely related, but they describe the account in two different contexts.
A LinkedIn Account is the LinkedIn account you connect and manage in SendCopy.ai. When you assign that account to a campaign and use it for outreach, SendCopy.ai refers to it as a Sender.
In simple terms: LinkedIn Account → connected to SendCopy.ai → added to a campaign → used as a Sender.
Open LinkedIn Accounts from the main navigation. This is where you can view connected accounts and review information such as account status, campaign usage, and available sending limits.
Your Sender's status tells you whether the connected account is available for use. If the platform shows a warning, disconnected state, or another status that requires attention, resolve that issue before relying on the Sender for active outreach.
SendCopy.ai can display separate sending limits for different types of LinkedIn activity. These limits help you control how much activity a Sender performs.
Review the limits shown for each Sender.
Consider the age and activity level of the LinkedIn account when configuring outreach.
Do not assume that a higher limit is always better; prioritize a sustainable outreach pattern.
Remember that a Sender may be used by more than one campaign, so activity can be shared across campaigns.
If your account supports multiple LinkedIn accounts or Sender seats, you can manage more than one Sender. Multiple Senders can be useful for teams or outreach programs that operate across separate LinkedIn accounts.
Keep each Sender's status and limits under review, and make sure campaigns are assigned to the intended account.
A Sender is associated with the LinkedIn activity performed by a campaign. When you create or edit a campaign, confirm that the intended Sender is selected before launching it.
If a Sender becomes disconnected, campaign activity that depends on that account may be affected. Check LinkedIn Accounts, review the account status, and follow the reconnection instructions before resuming outreach.
