When you run outreach across multiple LinkedIn senders, it is important to understand how each sender is performing.
The LinkedIn Senders section of the SendCopy Analytics Dashboard lets you review sender activity and engagement in one place.
You can use this information to identify active senders, compare performance, and spot areas that may require attention.
The sender analytics section includes information such as:
Sender name
Sender status
Number of campaigns
Connection sends
Connection rate
Message sends
Message reply rate
InMail activity
These metrics help you understand both the activity level and engagement generated by each sender.
The Status column shows the current connection status of your LinkedIn sender.
For example, a sender may appear as Connected when the LinkedIn account is successfully connected to SendCopy.
If a sender is not connected or cannot perform campaign activity, review the sender connection before troubleshooting campaign performance.
The Connection Send and Connection Rate columns help you understand how each sender is performing when sending connection requests.
A sender with a consistently strong connection rate may be reaching a well-targeted audience.
A lower connection rate may be a reason to review:
Lead targeting
Profile positioning
Connection request messaging
Campaign audience
The Message Send and Message Reply Rate columns help you understand how effectively each sender's messages are generating responses.
If one sender consistently has a lower reply rate than others, review the campaigns, audiences, and messaging associated with that sender.
Sender performance can also provide useful signals about the overall condition of your outreach accounts.
However, the current Analytics Dashboard screenshot shows sender status and performance metrics rather than a separate numeric account health score.
Use sender status, activity, connection rates, and reply rates together when reviewing account performance.
If a sender is connected but showing little or no activity, first check whether campaigns are active and whether the sender is assigned to those campaigns.
Open Analytics.
Scroll to the LinkedIn Senders section.
Review the sender count and sender rate.
Check each sender's current status.
Compare connection sends and connection rates.
Compare message sends and message reply rates.
Identify senders with unusually low or high activity.
Investigate the related campaigns when necessary.
Tips
Don't judge a sender only by the number of actions performed.
A sender generating fewer messages but a stronger reply rate may be contributing more meaningful engagement than a sender with significantly higher activity.
Also, investigate sudden changes in sender activity instead of immediately assuming the campaign itself is the problem.
